Ramesh Munamarty is an award-winning global business and transformation leader with a distinguished career spanning various industries, including retail, manufacturing, professional services, public sector, technology/SaaS, telecom, education, hospitality, CPG, financial services, and healthcare. As a seasoned Global CIO, he has steered organizations ranging from $1B to $20B in size, overseeing budgets exceeding $500M and managing teams across all continents.
With a unique blend of experience as a CIO, CDO, and CISO, as well as a Partner/Leader in consulting firms and a Development Leader in software product development for renowned global companies, Ramesh brings unparalleled expertise to the table. He has successfully closed over $200M in deals, generated more than $150M in EBITDA improvements, and created equity value ranging from $1.5B to $2B.
Ramesh’s proficiency extends across various domains, including cloud migration, ERP architecture and modernization, data & analytics, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and the generation of measurable value creation. Notably, he has spearheaded the creation of several digital platforms and products with a user base exceeding 5 million in multiple industries including healthcare, hospitality, retail and others.
Having worked in diverse locations such as the USA, Israel, Singapore, and India, Ramesh leverages his global experience to provide strategic advisory services that drive large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs.
Bhavani Munamarty, Managing Partner
Diverse experience across non-profits and commercial organizations, ranging from small NGOs to large Fortune 500 companies, in managing complex programs involving design, development, deployment, and maintenance of systems in multi-cultural environments. Proven ability to deliver outcomes in a diverse, matrixed, and global environment. Over 12 years of experience with various Non-Profits / Foundations in roles such as Director, Volunteer, IT Specialist, Advisor, Author, Mentor, and Board Member. Over 18 years of program management experience managing large project budgets and working with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
A strong understanding of the Sustainability Development Goals (SDG) and aligning the enterprise towards advancing the Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) agenda. Involved in the SDG goals of “No Poverty”, “Good Health and Well-being”, Gender Equality”, “Decent work and Economic Growth”, “Quality Education”, and “Partnerships for the Goals”. Experience with community projects that help advance education, skill / vocational training, and inclusion, and leveraging technology for improved social, and economic outreach and impact.
