We leverage established emotional intelligence frameworks so that the leaders and the team members understand themselves and develop learning and a growth mindset
We work with the teams to identify if there are competing priorities or confusing management directives that will prevent them from achieving the transformation objectives
We work on creating change management plans to navigate the transformation journey
Talent Assessment and Development
We assist with assessing the talent in the organization.
The current talent will be assessed to ensure they have the necessary skillsets for the transformation and the emotional intelligence to go through the long transformation journey
Gaps in the talent will then be reviewed to assess which of them can be achieved to upskilling and which need to be sourced externally either as permanent hires or temporary contractors/consultants
A clear people strategy will be created aligned to the transformation objectives and timeline
An integrated change management approach will be created leveraging the changes that need to be incorporated with technology, strategy and culture changes
